Rapidev smart streetlight system not only helps reduce light pollution and reduces power consumption of the streetlights. The smart streetlights employ multiple ambient sensors to change the intensity based on weather conditions such as cloudy weather, moonlight etc. The system shuts the lights on and off based on the location of the streetlights and day/night schedule.

The streetlights provide analytics of power consumption (and saved energy over time) and the ability to control the streetlights remotely. The streetlight nodes are compatible with standard streetlights deployed and can withstand any sort of weather conditions. The system is built on robust network topology with the ability to recover itself incase any nodes fail.
